Type S pump is single-stage double-suction split casing horizontal centrifugal pump, it can deliver clear water or other liquids which is physically or chemically similar to clear water. The temperature of the liquid is below 80℃. They are suitable for feeding and draining water in factory, mineral, city, power station, irrigation in countryside and hydraulic project.
Type SR,SM,SF,SY pumps are derived from type S pump by changing its material, seal and structure .Type SR is suitable for delivering hot-water medium with temperature below 150℃. type SM pump is suitable for delivering wearable medium, type SF pump is used for delivering corrosive medium and type SY pump is used for delivering medium with oil. Their performance parameters and overall dimensions are the same with type S pump.
The inlet pressure of pump is below 0.3Mpa, it can deliver medium with more high pressure by material changing.

Construction feature
The inlet and outlet of type S pump are below the shaft centerline of the pump, it is perpendicular to shaft line and horizontal split. It is unnecessary to dismantle the inlet and outlet pipes and motor (or other driver ) when it is repaired. The rotating direction is counter-clockwise looking from the motor to the pump , it also can be clockwise direction according to user’ requirement. Please give indication in the contract.
The main parts of pump are pump casing, pump cover , impeller, shaft, seal ring, sleeve and bearing etc.
The impeller is static balanced, and it is fixed with sleeve and nuts aside,its axial position can be adjusted by sleeve nut .Axial force of impeller is balanced by the vane in its symmetric position. Other remained axial force is carried by the bearing.
The pump shaft is supported by two single centripetal ball bearings, or supported by four centripetal thrust-force bearing. The bearings are mounted in side of bearing body, It is lubricated by grease or dilute oil.
The pump is driven directly by motor (or other driver) through coupling.
Seal: it is adopted soft packing seal, in order to prevent air to go into pump chamber and cool seal chamber, it mounted packing ring between packing. During pump operating, little high pressure water or outer pressure water flow into packing chamber through pump. Mechanical seal can also be adopted according to user requirement.
